Sara Gutiérrez remains a respected litigator at Creel, working alongside the seasoned team of Martínez partners who have transitioned to the firm. Among them are Javier Curiel and Daniel Ortega, both of whom bring extensive experience across civil, commercial, and administrative litigation, along with notable financial expertise in bankruptcy matters. Additionally, aiding clients in construction and real estate is Javier Altamirano; while Ernesto Palacios, who has an enviable track record in amparo lawsuits, is the practice's "go-to" administrative and constitutional litigator.
