Santamarina y Steta is adept at handling complex civil and commercial disputes across key sectors such as banking and finance, energy, infrastructure and technology. The team manages a caseload encompassing real estate issues, debt recovery, and breaches of contracts and agreements; it is also notably experienced in navigating multijurisdictional claims. Roberto Fernández del Valle, an expert litigator in real estate disputes and shareholder conflicts, co-leads the group with Carlos Brehm, who represents clients before local and federal judicial courts.
