Following the integration of Sanchez Devanny, Garrigues's labour practice now features a team with deep expertise in union negotiations and strike resolution. The team is sought after by various automotive and manufacturing companies to manage strike terminations and renew collective bargaining agreements. Additionally, the group conducts internal investigations and labour audits, while providing ongoing advisory support in a range of employment matters. The practice is led by Alfredo Kupfer-Dominguez, who is experienced in contentious, transactional and advisory labour mandates. He advises clients on labour issues derived from M&A deals and plans efficient labour structures for new investments.
