Galicia Abogados S.C.'s projects and infrastructure practice group is regularly instructed by developers, investors, banks and government agencies seeking assistance with the development, financing, construction, operation and sale of infrastructure and energy projects. Additional core areas of expertise include the negotiation of federal and state concession agreements, bidding processes and related litigation and arbitration for projects ranging from energy, power and waste management infrastructure, hospitals, toll roads and ports.
