Points forts

Advised a large primary industrial insurer on coverage claims made by Philips in connection with its widely published recall of medical devices. We assisted in achieving a settlement between all insurers and Philips for an amount of €540m.
Acted as coverage counsel for Nationale-Nederlanden in this case with a more than 25m claim for cover with respect to geo thermal drilling.
Advised and acted as counsel on a substantial number of coverage disputes and claims on director and officer liability policies, and acted against several board members of health care institutions.
