Advised the largest creditor group in the restructuring of McDermott that also holds the majority of the equity within the group.
Advised the secured creditors on the implementation of the financial restructuring of the Diebold Nixdorf group through parallel US Chapter 11 and WHOA proceedings (the latter of which was recognised and enforcement on the basis of Chapter 15 proceedings).
Advised Brookfield as financier and majority shareholder of Schoeller Allibert with respect to the group’s comprehensive recapitalisation first through Dutch WHOA proceedings and ultimately implemented consensually via a recapitalisation transaction with full consent from the group’s shareholders, bondholders and revolving credit facility lenders.
