Points forts

  • Advised the court appointed administrators of former Dutch bank DSB N.V. on the composition plan offered by DSB N.V. to distribute its remaining assets among 280,000 creditors.
  • Advised Standard Investment, acting through its subsidiary Brands4Kids, on the acquisition of the business of the fashion retailer Noppies out of the bankruptcy of NINE&Co.
