The firm advises on market studies and investigations brought by the Commerce Commission and merger clearances, as well as general competition issues. Leading the team, Mark Williamson is expert in the FMCG sector, including related market study assistance. Joining in July 2023 from Chapman Tripp, Daniel Street assists clients in investigations and civil penalty proceedings. Alicia Murray left the firm in January 2024.
