Leaning on its international network, Dentons ACAS-Law handles numerous cross-border matters, often acting for international financial institutions investing in Nigeria. The team provides counsel to both lenders and borrowers in issues relating to the refinancing and restructuring of transactions, with notable activity in the energy, infrastructure and oil and gas sectors.
