Working closely with its other offices across the region, the corporate tax team at Ward Hadaway LLP leverages the firm’s corporate and commercial capabilities to advise on the tax aspects of large corporate transactions, as well as on structuring, investment, and exit planning. Acting for clients across a range of sectors, the group has a particular emphasis on advising tech and real estate companies. Paul Christian heads up the team and handles the full range of corporate tax issues, including investments, demergers, restructurings, and employee share options and incentives.
