Regarded for its strength in securities regulation, Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uria’s capital markets practice acts for a range of clients, including brokerage firms, issuers, fund managers and banks. The firm regularly advises on securitisation structures, regulatory matters and domestic bond issuances.
