Six-strong labour boutique Compliance Laboral is focused on labour and employment law, labour relations and corporate labour compliance. Since opening its doors in 2019, the firm has established itself as a presence in the technology and construction sectors, and is now increasingly targeting the mining and manufacturing industries. Managing partner and labour specialist Tino Vargas focuses primarily on corporate labour compliance, although his work in this segement is further underpinned by his experience in collective bargaining, on the one hand, and occupational health and safety management systems on the other. Key support is provided by associate Katherine Flores, whose broad practice takes in individual and collective labour law, along with occupational health / safety management matters. Former associates Franz Valdivia and Valentina López left the firm in May and September 2024, respectively.
