Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados’ labour and employment services encompass administrative litigation and arbitration; the development of compliance programmes; immigration services for foreign personnel; and labour policies related to salaries, hiring and outsourcing matters. The practice group is jointly led by Cristina Oviedo and Brian Ávalos, whose collective expertise spans company policies, wages and benefits, taxation matters and occupational health and safety.
