Miranda & Amado’s TMT practice group is well-positioned to provide expertise on regulatory matters, including authorisations and permits, concessions and registrations. The team is also noted for its breadth of experience in assisting clients with proceedings before relevant state authorities such as OSPITEL and MTC. Willy Pedreschi, whose expertise spans administrative and regulatory law, we well as telecoms, co-leads the practice group with Enrique Felices, who stands out for his in-depth knowledge of data privacy matters.
