The bulk of the work, however, lies in antitrust investigations and state aid, as well as merger control cases. Agnieszka Stefanowicz-Barańska leads the practice, representing clients in EU and Polish Competition Authority proceedings, in addition to cartel (and other antitrust investigations before the Polish courts).
