The dispute resolution and arbitration practice at Wardynski & Partners provides clients with a multi-disciplinary offering, with expertise encompassing investment and commercial arbitration, shareholder disputes, and contentious matters surrounding IP, competition, tax, and real estate and construction. In Warsaw, the practice is jointly led by founding partner Tomasz Wardynski, who has a strong grounding in new and disruptive technologies, Jan Ciećwierz, who is especially skilled in disputes concerning construction and real estate, and Monika Hartung, who has been appointed as chair of the Arbitration Council at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.
