The real estate team at Addleshaw Goddard Wisniewski Dzianachowski Schulz i Wspólnicy sp.k. brings expertise to handling high-value transactions across all asset classes, including logistics, retail, offices and student accommodation. Advising a robust client roster of domestic and international investors, developers and financial institutions, the team is well-regarded for its work in transaction-based mandates, including portfolio sales and investments. The team is led by Artur Kulawski, who assists with the negotiation, structuring and implementation of real estate joint ventures; and Janusz Dzianachowski, who advises on acquisitions and disposals, and development-related agreements. The Linklaters Warsaw office transferred to Addleshaw Goddard in April 2025.
