Working in conjunction with the firm’s insolvency and disputes resolution team on debt recovery matters, Boyes Turner is overseen by Donna Goddard. Goddard handles small claims disputes, bankruptcy and commercial service charges, while Natalie Roff is a key contact for the collection of debts and pre-litigation negotiations. Other key members of the team include Laura Kellman, who has expertise in invoice finance, asset finance, and mortgage arrears.
