With broad experience covering IPO financings, restructurings, refinancings, and private equity fund financings, Oscar Liljeson focuses his practice on leveraged finance matters. He leads the team alongside debt capital markets specialist Michael Bark-Jones, who handles debt restructuring and acquisition finance mandates, among others. David Tayler’s varied practice spans acquisition finance work, public-to-private transactions, and real estate finance matters. Carl Hugo Parment retired from practice in July 2024, while Magnus Wennerhorn left the firm to join Linklaters in September 2024.
