Roschier’s EU and competition practice is highly experienced in a wide range of matters, including EU phase I and II mergers, abuse of dominance cases, and cartel investigations. Recent highlights for the group include advising a Nordic energy company in connection with complaints concerning alleged abuse of dominant position in the district heating market. Practice head Kristian Hugmark has considerable experience in a wide range of sectors, including the media, retail, food and beverages, insurance, pharma and telecoms industries.
