Advokatfirman Schjødt’s Swedish EU and competition practice works closely with the firm’s partner offices in Norway and Denmark to offer a pan-Nordic service, with the team handling merger control filings as well as abuse of dominance investigations, among other matters. With nearly 25 years of experience advising on a wide range of domestic and international competition law issues, including merger control, abuse of dominance, and FDI work, Trine Osen Bergqvist now leads the practice. Former practice head Mats Johnsson left the firm in September 2024.
