Noted for her experience in abuse of dominance and cartel cases as well as regulatory matters, Elisabeth Eklund leads the practice. Litigator Henrik Bengtsson continues to play a key role in the practice’s representation of major tech clients, and Karin Roberts’ varied practice includes anti-competitive behaviour, abuse of dominance issues, merger control work, and competition neutrality matters. Helene Andersson was promoted to partner in January 2025.

Points forts

  • Successfully assisted Södra regarding the dawn raid carried out by the European Commission at Södra’s premises in October 2021, and acted as lead counsel for Södra in the subsequent Commission investigation into an alleged infringement of Article 101 TFEU concerning wood pulp.
