DLA Piper Sweden’s insurance team in Stockholm works closely with the firm’s other Nordic offices to advise domestic and international insurers as well as brokers on the full range of contentious and non-contentious matters, with D&O and PI claims particular areas of recent growth for the team. Practice head Arthur Csatho advises leading insurers in connection with coverage disputes; he is also noted for his expertise in cyber risk and W&I insurance. Construction specialist Per Kronwall and litigator Karl-Oscar Dalin are key contacts in the team.
