CMS Wistrand fields a large tax team which covers both contentious and non-contentious matters. Audits, administrative appeals, and litigation are all areas of strength, as are tax structuring mandates, commercial transactions, and issues relating to employment tax. Peter Brandt co-leads the team alongside Peter Sandberg; Brandt advises both corporations and individuals, and is highly active in multijurisdictional tax matters, while Sandberg is particularly active in the real estate sector.
