As team lead, Olena Perepelynska's international arbitration practice spans multiple jurisdictions, and she demonstrates particular prowess in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations. Dmytro Marchukov spearheads the firm’s cross-border litigation work, with a diverse roster of clients that spans sovereign states, corporates and private clients. Serhii Uvarov heads the domestic litigation team, specialising in commercial and administrative law matters.
