Newport Beach-located partner Matthew Close is skilled at defending companies in securities class action suits, as well as helping clients extricate themselves from potentially highly reputationally damaging governmental/regulatory investigations. Out of Silicon Valley, Amy Park has been pivotal to the firm’s growing presence in Northern California since joining the firm in 2020, regularly advising both tech and life sciences clients in securities fraud matters. New York-based attorney Jonathan Rosenberg also handles issuer work, although he is best-known for his prowess at defending underwriters in Section 11 claims in the aftermath of IPOs; where he is able to leverage vast private practice experience as well as expertise gleaned through his time as Assistant US Attorney in the Southern District of New York.
