Proskauer Rose LLP‘s bankruptcy and restructuring practice is fuelled to a large degree by the firm’s strength in private credit, resulting in a slew of private credit restructurings for the team. As a creditor-focused group, it has handled a series of high-value and large-scale restructurings, including representing the term loan lenders (KKR Capital, AresCapital and BlackRock Capital) in the restructuring of over $1.5bn of Kellermeyer Bergensons Services’ debt. It also represents borrowers, debtors, unsecured creditors, boards of directors and other constituencies. David Hillman and Vincent Indelicato are global Co-chairs of the business solutions, governance, restructuring and bankruptcy group, with the former also co-heading the private credit restructuring group.
