Clifford Chance broad practice encompasses a diverse rapport of securitization expertise, including those pertaining to CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, ABS, and is noted as ‘great at seamlessly incorporating different areas of expertise within the firm’. Robert Villani is reputed for his experience in CLO transactions, and co-heads the team with Lee Askenazi, who is sought by  issuers, investors, seller and purchasers in a variety real estate-related securtisations, alongside ABS involving equity, whole and mezzanine loans.
