Complementing an active practice in high stakes bid protests before the GAO, Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP is equally proficient in M&A transactions involving government contractors, investigations and compliance counselling. Among the firm’s regular clients are major contractors operating across the aerospace, defense, satellite, technology and healthcare spaces. Practice head James McCullough has a broad practice and handles all stages of bid protest litigation. In the team Michael Anstett covers claims and subcontract disputes, compliance issues, M&A and debarment matters, and Alexander Ginsberg is well versed in cost accounting and small business issues.
