The team is based in Washington DC and is jointly led by Daniel Graham and Tara Ward, with the former covering bid protests, prime- and subcontractor litigation and compliance matters, and the latter handling contractor transactions, small business regulations and supply chain issues next to a strong litigation offering. Llewelyn Engel was made partner in January 2024 and is highly experienced in DOJ and congressional investigations while Mac Routh handles FAR compliance and bid protests.
