Acting as counsel for Indiana-based NCAA, a non-profit association composed of more than 1200 member institutions, including colleges and universities, conferences, and sports organizations in a number of class actions consolidated in a multidistrict litigation proceeding (“MDL”) in federal court in the Northern District of Illinois.

Represents Harvard, a prominent university, in a broker malpractice case concerning up to $30 million in excess liability coverage relating to a recent US Supreme Court decision.
