Patents: litigation (International Trade Commission)

Leveraging its expertise in international trade and ‘technical expertise in all industries’, King & Spalding LLP’s ITC department is well-equipped to manage patent litigation, demonstrating particular strength in electrical, computer and mechanical patent cases. The team has also extended its focus to medical devices and pharma patent litigation cases. Jeffrey Telep leads the practice and is adept at litigating high-profile international trade disputes and unfair trade practice investigations. Brian Hill, elected to partnership in January 2025, represents major tech companies, such as Mohawk Industries and North American Rescue. Successfully represented Composite Resources, Inc. and North American Rescue, the sole U.S. producer and exclusive U.S. distributor, respectively, of combat application tourniquets in a Section 337 investigation by the U.S. International Trade Commission.
