Won the largest trade remedy case ever filed by a single law firm when we secured from the U.S. ITC a final unanimous affirmative determination on aluminum sheet from 18 countries and secured antidumping rates as high as 242.80% on subject imports valued at nearly $2 billion in 2019.
Won a critical trade remedy case on behalf of U.S. manufacturers of prestressed concrete steel wire strand, in case filed against 15 countries, which resulted in antidumping duties on these imports of wire strand ranging from 23.89% - 194.4% and restoring fair market pricing in the United States.
Secured critical trade remedy relief for U.S. manufacturers of metal lockers to stop imports of metal lockers from China, which were subsidized by the Government of China and were being dumped into the U.S. market.
