Linklaters LLP is skilled in portfolio investment acquisitions and sales, as well as portfolio restructuring, working in a multidisciplinary manner with colleagues from the regulatory, tax, employment and corporate teams at the firm on the full range of fund formation, management and transactions. On both the sponsor and investor side, funds expertise also extends to private equity, real estate, credit, and infrastructure, with matters involving funds which are domiciled in the US as well as a range of European countries. The group also assists with buyers and sellers on their secondary market transactions. Jason Behrens leads the team alongside David Miller, both based in New York.
