From Century City, Tim Poydenis co-heads the department and acts for both growth companies and investors on fundraisings, acquisitions, exits, and governance issues. Boston is the seat of fellow national co-head Jeffrey Seul, who additionally chairs the technology and telecoms area; he frequently represents technology start-ups in financing rounds. From Miami, Danielle Price and Enrique Conde co-head the practice for south Florida.
