Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP is well positioned to advise on emerging company matters involving heavily regulated industries due to the firm’s unique skill sets in government contracts, technology, and aerospace and defense. In New York, department co-chair Ronald Fleming acts for start-ups and financiers across a broad scope of venture capital transactions, securities offerings, M&A, and general corporate matters. Steven Kaplan co-heads the practice from Washington DC, where he guides start-ups through every growth stage. Rounding out the group co-chairs is Silicon Valley-based Stan Lewandowski, who enjoys close relationships with domestic and international companies and funders.
