Based in San Diego, Andrew Serwin leads the team, supporting clients in fintech companies, IT service providers and pharmaceutical companies. Miami-based Carol Umhoefer is well-versed in advising multinationals in their expansions into new markets across the world. Kate Lucente, in the Seattle office, acts as incident response counsel, as well as risk management and governance advisor, to games companies and automobile manufacturers. Dallas-based Hayley Curry supports clients in cyber and privacy matters. James Sullivan departed from the practice in January 2024.
