- Representing HNTB, the designer on the $1.5 billion design contract for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority light rail line commonly known as “Crenshaw ” to LAX, against the prime contractor and is proceeding to mediation in early 2025.
- Represented Sundt Construction, the general contractor on an existing high-rise in San Diego. During demolition, hazardous materials were alleged to have been released into the environment. Multiple local public agencies shut down the project for months and issued million-dollar fines while seeking damages from the client and key subcontractors. Following 18 months of mediation, the matter was settled.
