Goodwin ‘s real estate finance team is led by the co-chair of the firm’s global real estate industry group, Diana Brummer, from New York. Brummer has deep experience commercial real estate transactions and specializes in complex joint ventures as well as construction and mezzanine financings for both lenders and borrowers. Practising in Boston, Diane McCabe is co-chair of the real estate group’s joint Ventures and real estate finance practice and focuses on the hospitality and leisure sector and restructurings. Feather Moy-Welsh represents lenders in real estate secured financings.
