Dentons‘ dispute resolution practice is divided into distinct teams focused on arbitration and litigation. In the litigation sphere, the firm has handled a vast quantity of domestic cases before the Supreme Court, while on the arbitration side, the team has represented clients in a mix of domestic and international matters before the leading local arbitral institutions, CACCC and CEDCA. As the head of both departments, Ramón Alvins has been active in commercial and civil litigation, with strength in insurance claims. Luis Ernesto Andueza assists in international arbitration, especially in matters requiring the interpretation of regulatory provisions, while Sergio Casinelli provides advice on the contractual, regulatory and corporate aspects involved in dispute resolution matters.
