Practice head Gaston Fernandez in Ho Chi Minh City has extensive experience advising on infrastructure projects in Vietnam as well as internationally, and is also an expert in corporate and cross-border financing. Also in Ho Chi Minh City, the group includes Ngoc Nguyen who specialises in project development, construction and project contract negotiation, and who is also knowledgeable in the regulatory aspects of infrastructure projects, and Long Huynh who is particularly experienced advising foreign investors on market entry into Vietnam. Another key figure is Duong Pham in Hanoi who has extensive experience with energy and infrastructure projects, as well as with project financing. David Harrison joined the group from Mayer Brown in March 2025.
