In Birmingham, David Tuck heads the occupational disease practice, while Chris Webb-Jenkins, Penelope Marshall and Henry Bermingham advise on casualty claims on behalf of the public sector and local government clients. Bruce Ralston leads the firm’s insurance and sports injuries team. Adrian Marston rejoined the firm in 2024 and has a particular focus on chronic pain and psychiatric disorder cases, while Melanie Isherwood specialises in high quantum birth injury cases and claims relating to pathology services.
