Nicolas Durand-Gasselin is Managing Partner of TNDA, which he joined more than 20 years ago and where he now oversees the firm's management and strategic development alongside Guillaume Verdier.A key driver of the firm, he sets its vision, leads its development priorities and ensures its continued adaptation to the evolving world of work.He heads the firm's employment law practice and advises and represents employers of all sizes, including SMEs, mid-market companies, large corporate groups and CAC 40-listed companies, in both advisory matters and litigation. He is recognised for his ability to handle complex and sensitive matters involving significant strategic considerations, including restructurings, collective bargaining, individual and collective employment disputes, and crisis situations.His approach is resolutely business-oriented: he takes into account companies' economic and organisational constraints and regularly works alongside executive teams on cross-disciplinary matters, in coordination with the firm's various areas of expertise.Keeping closely abreast of legal and social developments, Nicolas Durand-Gasselin leads within the firm an ongoing reflection on the changes already reshaping HR and management practices, particularly the impact of artificial intelligence on employment relationships. This work is supported by regular publications, webinars and participation in multidisciplinary working groups.Committed to the legal profession, he is an elected member of the board of Avosial and chairs ETHIC's legal committee. He is also a member of CPME, ANDRH and ACE, and regularly contributes articles to RH Info.
