Frédéric Fuchs
\tFrédéric’s practice covers the different aeras of competition law (i.e., merger control and antitrust) and distribution law (structuring of distribution networks, negotiation of commercial agreements, restrictive trade practices).
\tBefore joining the firm in January 2025, Frédéric was a partner at Ayache, where he created and headed the competition-distribution practice for more than eight years. Before then, Frédéric worked in the competition practices of Anglo-Saxon law firms, before founding Fuchs Cohana Reboul & Associés, where he practiced for ten years.
