Pierre-Alexis assists both domestic and international companies and groups, in particular the subsidiaries of large foreign groups to address HR issues, especially as regards collective bargaining as well as managing relations with employee representative bodies.
Pierre-Alexis also acts on a regular basis as litigation counsel to handle reorganization, conversion and restructuring issues for companies, but also in support of and as representative of company directors and administrator in bankruptcy.
