Chantal Cordier-Vasseur

Lawyer at the Paris Bar (1993), Chantal Cordier-Vasseur is Partner – Business Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration practice since 2011. Chantal manages, for the clients of the Firm, the prevention, management and resolution of disputes with which they are faced in the fields of Contract Law, Liability Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, etc., and advises companies on all questions relating to procedures for the prevention and processing of economic and financial difficulties. Térence Cabot

Admitted to the Paris Bar since 1999, Terence Cabot is dealing in Public Business Law and Administrative Law in general. Specialized in the Economic Public Law and Telecommunications Law, he also focuses on cases concerning Public contracts, Urban Planning Law, Public Competition Law. Pierre Lafarge

Lawyer at the Paris Bar (1996), Pierre Lafarge is Partner – Corporate Law practice since 2001. Lawyer at the Paris Bar (1990), Jean Latournerie is founder Partner of LWA and co-manages the Public Business Law practice since 1995. Jean assists his public and private clients in counselling and litigation in French public business law and general administrative law. Jean advises his clients in the field of public contract law, public services deregulation law, public competition law, the law governing public and semi-public companies, public-private partnerships and project financing law. Prior to founding Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, Jean began his career at the law firm Siméon Moquet Borde & Associés, then at Moquet Borde & Associés prior to joining the law firm Cammarata & Montfort.

Pauline Leddet-Troadec

Lawyer at the Paris Bar (2012), Pauline Leddet-Troadec is a Partner in Environmental Law practice since 2023. Christian Wolfrom

Lawyer at the Paris Bar (1990), Christian is the cofounder of LWA and co-manages the Corporate practice since 1995. Christian works on mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and equity capital transactions for listed and non-listed companies. He has also developed specific experience in Financial Law, in particular with respect to the financing of projects and assets (aircrafts, real property, communication means…), LBOs, investment capital transactions. He closely participates in the development of companies with a strong potential of growth, from their incorporation until their introduction on the stock exchange. Before founding the Law Firm Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, Christian began his career in the law firm Siméon Moquet Borde. In 1993, he integrated CDC Participations, PART’COM and INCOM, a risk capital and development capital subsidiary of Caisse des dépôts et consignations. Christian is a Colonel in the French citizen air force reserve.
