Real Estate & Construction
Services de l'équipe
The real estate department is recognized for the following:
Full-lifecycle expertise: spanning public and private real estate, with strength at the intersection of domanialité publique (public domain law) and complex urban development projects. From land identification and structuring through to construction, exploitation and asset management, the team advises on the full lifecycle of real estate operations, making it a natural partner for clients navigating both public-sector constraints and private commercial realities.
Public domain specialization: the department has built a distinctive niche advising public and quasi-public entities as well as private developers on public domain matters, including declassification, disposals and acquisitions of public land, and competitive tender procedures.
Comprehensive work portfolio: the team regularly handles urban planning and permitting (including permit audits and feasibility analysis), expropriation and préemption disputes, ZAC and PUP structuring, VEFA and promotion contracts, commercial and professional leases, and asset and property management mandates. Their expertise combines transactional, regulatory, and contentious capabilities within a single team.
