Strategic appointments enhance global capabilities across advisory, international arbitration and construction practices Eversheds Sutherland has announced the appointment of two new partners, Ben Peecock and Anne-Marie Lacoste, both joining the firm on Monday 3 November 2026. The hires mark a significant step in the continued expansion of the firm’s international offering, spanning both advisory and disputes work across key sectors and jurisdictions. Ben Peecock joins the firm’s Construction team from DLA Piper, bringing over two decades of experience advising on major civil engineering and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on green energy and nationally significant developments. His practice spans sectors including energy (nuclear and renewables), transport, manufacturing, life sciences, real estate, and finance. Ben is known for his expertise in NEC, FIDIC, IChemE, JCT, and bespoke EPC contracts, and for building and leading high-performing teams. He has delivered clean energy projects across the Nordics, Serbia, and Kenya, and has a robust network across more than 30 jurisdictions. Ben is recognised in Legal 500 2025 as a “Next Generation Partner” and is ranked in Chambers & Partners. Anne-Marie Lacoste joins the firm’s International Arbitration team in Paris – coming from Quinn Emanuel – bringing with her over 15 years of experience in international commercial and investment arbitration. She has advised international groups, public entities, and States in high-stakes disputes, particularly in the energy and construction sectors across Europe and Africa. Anne-Marie has acted as counsel and arbitrator in proceedings under ICC, ICSID, SCC, and UNCITRAL rules, and regularly represents clients in arbitration-related litigation before French courts. Her arrival strengthens the firm’s global arbitration offering, which includes over 200 specialists across 70 offices worldwide. In recent months, the firm has welcomed John Lurie and James Holden to the Construction team, bringing significant experience across the UK, Middle East, and Africa. The team has also strengthened capability in Scotland with the arrival of Lauren Morrison as Legal Director, and in Ireland with the integration of Kim O’Neill, Lisa Boyd, Seán Scally, and Chelsey O’Doherty as Partners in Dublin and Belfast. The global litigation offering saw further growth in the past year – most recently with the arrival of Partners Lambros Kilaniotis from Quinn Emanuel, who now leads the firms Competition Litigation team, and Joaquin “Jack” Terceño from Freshfields in Tokyo. Jack brings significant experience in both international commercial arbitration and investor-State treaty arbitration, further strengthening our international arbitration capabilities. Eversheds Sutherland has appointed lateral partner hire Benjamin Marché to head its Banking & Finance offering in Paris.Benjamin joins the global law firm alongside Associate Yasmina Taki.  Their arrival from law firm, Squire Patton Boggs, further strengthens Eversheds Sutherland’s service offering, with a dedicated practice focused on LBO acquisition finance, infrastructure, and real estate financing.Benjamin, Eversheds Sutherland’s 30th senior hire in the last 12 months, brings extensive experience in financing transactions, particularly in the context of acquisitions, both in France and internationally. Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2011, Benjamin joined Squire Patton Boggs in 2022 having previously worked at several leading international law firms. Benjamin advises lenders (senior, mezzanine, and unitranche), sponsors, and borrowers as well as clients on general banking matters including complex transactions involving restructurings and infrastructure and real estate financings. His practice spans all industry sectors.Yasmina Taki is a lawyer specialising in leveraged acquisition finance and infrastructure financing. Her experience spans infrastructure and project finance as well as real estate financing.Benjamin will lead a new team set to grow further in the coming months, with the objective of meeting the increasing needs of the firm’s clients in project finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance, and debt restructurings. 

Eversheds Sutherland has continued to invest in its European growth strategy with lateral partner hire, Anne Servoir, who joins the firm’s Paris-based Commercial Advisory team.Specializing in pharmaceutical and regulatory law, Anne strengthens the global law firm’s offering with a dedicated practice focused on legal issues affecting the healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.Anne Servoir has more than 25 years’ experience advising leading pharmaceutical companies and start-ups in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medtech industries, both in France and internationally. She notably advises clients on their market access strategies, including early access to market, transition to standard reimbursement frameworks and pricing negotiations, as well as representing them in pre-litigation and litigation proceedings against decisions of regulatory authorities (including the ANSM and the CEPS).Anne is also active in commercial litigation and has developed particular expertise in the field of medical cannabis, an area in which she has been closely involved since the early stages of its pilot program in France.Anne joins an established and highly regarded Eversheds Sutherland team in France, known for its strong international reach and recognized expertise in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector. Her arrival will further enhance the firm’s regulatory offering, responding to growing client demand across key areas including advertising, transparency obligations, patient support programs and health data protection.Admitted to the Paris Bar since 1998, Anne holds a PhD in European Law from Université Nancy II. She began her career in the Competition and European Law team at CMS Francis Lefebvre, where she developed extensive expertise in regulated sectors, from telecommunications to the pharmaceutical industry. She then joined Intuity, a firm specializing in pharmaceutical and regulatory law, where she practised for nearly ten years until 2017, when she joined the Paris office of Hoyng Rokh Monegier, where she led the Regulatory Pharma practice.

8 May, 2025 Eversheds Sutherland has bolstered its global commercial advisory offering with the appointment of Partner Caroline Lyannaz. Caroline arrives from law firm White & Case along with her colleague Camille Lehuby, a Senior Associate. Both join Eversheds Sutherland’s Paris-based IP/IT & Privacy capability.   Caroline has extensive experience in intellectual property law, personal data, digital platforms, e-commerce, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. She regularly advises international corporations in the technology and consumer goods sectors and has a notable understanding of key European regulatory frameworks including the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Digital Services Act (DSA), and the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Act.   Registered with the Paris Bar since 2012, Caroline is certified by the National Council of Bar Associations in Intellectual Property, and by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as an Information Privacy Professional / Europe (CIPP/E). She also lectures at Panthéon-Assas University Paris 2 and Aix-Marseille University in the fields of digital law and personal data law.   Caroline will engage in both advisory and litigation roles, primarily assisting international conglomerates, especially those in the technology sector, with their intricate and cross-border legal challenges.   Camille returns to Eversheds Sutherland where she began her career in 2018. Eversheds Sutherland has appointed a new funds team in Paris, led by Partner Tiana Rambatomanga, who will establish and lead the global law firm’s fund structuring practice in the local market. Tiana joins with a team of two: Brandy Keunan, Associate and Ghita Berrada, Legal Officer.Having worked at leading international law firms and most recently a Partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Tiana has nearly 20 years’ experience in structuring, fundraising and organisation of investment funds across the full spectrum of private assets, including private equity, private debt and infrastructure.Tiana has a strong track record in establishing French, Luxembourg and pan-European structures, covering a wide range of strategies (LBO, venture, mezzanine, secondary, real estate, fund of funds, master-feeder structures), and advising both generalist and sector-focused funds. She is highly regarded by her clients for her innovative approach and her forward-thinking positioning on emerging products, including evergreen vehicles and strategies aimed at broadening access to private equity. Tiana also advises on regulatory aspects relating to investment funds and supports institutional investors, family offices, sponsors and managers in their French and international primary investments, as well as in secondary transactions.The appointment of Tiana and her team marks a notable strategic milestone in the firm’s specialist offering within this space, strengthening its ability to provide integrated and international asset management expertise. While Luxembourg remains Europe’s leading domicile for investment funds, the combination of Eversheds Sutherland’s French, Luxembourg, English, Irish and US capabilities will allow the firm to support clients across the entire lifecycle of their funds, from fundraising through to European deployment.Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005, Tiana holds an LLM in International and Comparative Business Law from London Metropolitan University, as well as a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Business and Economic Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, she was a Partner in the Asset Management group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in Paris, where she co-headed the investment funds practice. She previously worked at leading international law firms including SJ Berwin/KWM, Ashurst, Clifford Chance and Stephenson Harwood.Deeply committed to promoting diversity, Tiana is involved in several international networks promoting better representation of women in the asset management industry.
