He was also speaking during the “4th Mergers and Acquisitions in the Technology Sector Conference” by the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee and the IBA Technology Law Committee in Barcelona the 28th and 29th March 2019 on the topic “Remedies of M&A deals – protection and enforcement“.

Le cabinet défend des fonds d’investissement, des entreprises et des particuliers faisant l’objet d’enquêtes de l’AMF concernant des allégations de délit d’initié ou de manipulation de cours. L’équipe défend également des clients poursuivis devant la Commission des Sanctions de l’AMF. Sa grande connaissance des sociétés cotées en bourse lui vaut aussi régulièrement d’être sollicitée pour traiter des questions de gouvernance ou des conflits d’actionnaires. La pratique, dirigée par Patrick Jaïs, a été renforcée par les recrutements en novembre 2021 d’ Alice Gaillard (of counsel) qui a été auparavant en poste à l’AMF puis auprès du Haut Conseil du commissariat aux comptes (H3C), et d’ Alexandre Vermynck (ex Davis Polk & Wardwell) fin 2022.
