Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1995, Hervé Castelnau is Partner – Corporate Law practice since 2016.

Since 30 years, Hervé’s dominant activity consists is in mergers and acquisitions and private equity in France and Africa, for predominant industrial players, family group shareholders, growth companies and investment funds.
He is principally involved in the telecoms, media and new technologies sectors as well as in the agrifood, automotive and luxury sectors. He also has specific experience in assisting state-owned companies.
Hervé has been advising French and international clients in their M&A transactions for more than twenty years. His experience encompasses all aspects of Corporate law, in particular transactions involving acquisitions, joint ventures, privatisations, restructurings of companies and business agreements.

Before joining Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, Hervé practiced in 1988 at Coudert Brothers in New York and Coudert Brothers in Paris, prior to participating in the creation of SDM&C in 1994 and joining Norton Rose, where he managed the M&A practice, and joining Jones Day in 2011.
